Kuakata (Bengali: কুয়াকাটা) is a panoramic sea beach on the southernmost tip of Bangladesh. Located in the Patuakhali district, Kuakata has a wide sandy beach from where one can see both the sunrise and sunset. It is about 320 Kilometres south of Dhaka, the capital, and about 70 Kilometers from the district headquarters. The Kuakata beach is 30 km long and 6 km wide. The name Kuakata originated from the word 'Kua'-the Bengali word for "Well" which was dug on the sea shore by the early Rakhine settlers in quest of collecting drinking water, who landed on Kuakata coast in the eighteenth century after being expelled from Arakan (Myanmar) by the Mughals. Afterwards, it has become a tradition of digging Well in the neighborhoods of Rakhaine tribes for water. Kuakata offers a full view of the sunrise and sunset from the same white sandy beach in the water of the Bay of Bengal.

Tribal Guys Are Playing Kabadi, Khagrachhari [01:17]
Sunday, 01st August 2010 This video was captured somewhere between the road of Naniarchar to Bagachhari of Khagrachhari. I was returning with a hired bike after visiting the Kaptai Lake portion from Khagrachhari from "Mohalchhari Dak Banglo". It just had a heavy rain and the tribal dudes are enjoying themselves by playing the National Game from Bangladesh. Also there were a little amount of spectator who were enjoying the game similar to me.

Spoiling the new Biman plane. [01:30]
A Biman flight attendant makes a third announcement in Bengali informing passengers to keep the toilets and wash basins clean in this newly acquired Boeing 777 200ER long range aircraft. The toilets became blocked as so frequent with ex pats who visit Bangladesh and in particular, the Sylhet region who ignore or don't understand general rules in keeping washroom cleanliness. Come on guys, it's Sunnah, Islamicly sound to keep clean. Maybe there should be a demonstration given by flight attendants in how to operate an aircraft wash basin and the toilet flush system along with the flight safety protocols at the start of this new 11 and a half hour direct flight.
