Is there a good travelling place in Bangladesh?

I don't under stand what u all are talking about.. Did any of u had a shower at "Suvalang" at Rangamati.......? My friends u people missed a lot !

mhnew, i agree w/u. Sirat-aman is kinda being a little pessimistic.

u see, I went to Bangladesh this summer (2000). Trust me, it was beautiful! I dont understand why ppl keep saying that Bangladesh is unsuitable for visitors. Here are some great places:

Dhaka- capital city w/ nice malls and buildings
Rangamati- kind of like Bangladesh's tropical Switzerland
Kaptai- If ur allowed to go to the Dam area, you'll be in luck. It's probly the nicest place in B-desh, the source of the Karnaphuli
Cox's Bazaar- the most enchanting place, with waterfalls in Himchari

Finally.....my Chittagong:
beautiful parks, nice beaches, and great ppl!

So, Sirat_aman, don't criticize our beautiful nation
