Getting to Bangladesh from India

Hello everyone

I would be interested in arriving to Bangladesh from the teritory of India. Is there a possibility (while having a valid passport and a tourist India visa), to get a Bangladeshi visa in India? Or should I get a visa before leaving Europe? (I'm a citizen of the European Union.) I've heard about the possibility of getting a Bangladeshi visa in Kolkata. is that true?

i believe that if you have an european passport, u can get visa's issuedd in India to go to bangladesh. i know this principle apply from us to travel to India. i mean with british passport, u can get a visa issued in bangladesh to go to india.
