Hotel in Sylhet??

Assalamualaikum...
I would be coming to Sylhet, Bangladesh this end of the month or early March for a few days. I'm not a Bangladeshi and it will be my first time going there.

The purpose for my trip is because one of my fren will be getting married there and I would like to see how the wedding ceremony is being celebrated in Bangladesh. Although he offered me and my frens who are coming to stay at his place, I wouldn't want to give him so much trouble as I know that his house will be crowded/busy and all his relatives will be staying there too. Therefore, I am looking for a hotel to stay in Sylhet. Preferably in the town area.

Any ideas/suggestions which hotel to stay in and what are the rates like?

Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

We also will be traveling to Bangladesh for the first time later this year and are very excited for our trip. Now we are enjoying doing our research for the trip and would love to know if anyone has first hand experience to recommend a modern hotel. Thanks very much! KC
