I also used to call it Football when I was in Bangladesh. But when you keep hearing soccer and people keep misinterpreting you when you say football, you kind of change the terms. No harm done to the game. Its still palyed with the foot and with a ball (or round object )
I have even played it with stones (desperate, na?)

Red face

Cricket is the most boring sport that you can watch, admit it. The sport is good but boring to watch.

Was in grade 6.
Had a small field("you can't even call it a field" field) at the back of the school.

3 or 4 us would duke it out using this stone balls. It was not that hard to play, it was harder to find the right stone.

Crickets not boring but you do need to appreciate the subtle points of the game.

One days are fun. You could even call them fast-paced.
To watch tests have to be really passionate about it. (Have to love or hate one of the team involved)
