Question

Can anyone tell me how brothers playing in the Test Match in Pakistan can play all day in the heat weave whilst fasting!

This question also applies to newly emerging Bangladeshi team!

Bangladesh avoided playing a testmatch with England in December - because it coincided with Ramadhan.

And as for Pakistan, I hear (unconfirmed) from the Radio commentary on talksport, that some of the players are fasting and some art.

Geofrey boycott was sayin how he had asked wasim, how come saqlain bowled so bad in the 1st innings. Wasim suggested it might have been due to fasting - so boycs asked him, how could he bowl so fast - he replied coz i've been eating.

You cant tell who's fasting and who's not though - as they all go inside for the drinks interval - to avoid being seen in public.

pakistan is an islamic nation, playing during the month of ramadhan, what examples they r setting to the muslims and the non-muslims. Is playing a test more important than fasting?

your knowledge is juz ace...

do u juz do this to impress locky and i?

I think how they deal with canaria will depend on what they had breakfast - i mean if they had juz cereal, maybe they'd fancy getting hold of a Danish.

Listening to what Boyc's thinks of him. He's Roobish. He nothing like Mushtaq or the other spinner (forgot his name). I think Nasser is going to go bonkers in the next match against Pakistan when he gets a dodgy decision and smashes the cricket bath over the umpires head. He's been soooooo diplomatic. Do you think he's turning into Athers?

Hello

I like the English team now more than ever before but I still think Pakistan has a better chance.

As for Pakistan being and Islamic country, sorry Bro it aint. (Had to get the aint in)
It is a Muslim country - a country whare majority of the people are muslim, just like Bangladesh. An Islamic country is one which follows the Sharia (it could even be a country where Mulims are a minority, theoretically).

Danish Kaneria is the 2nd hindu playing for the Pakistan team so he naturally generates a lot interest and dislike at the same time. I hope he is good. That way he could get a place like Yousuf Youhanna did. It definitely will increase more tolerance among Muslims in Pakistan.

Let's hope for a good game. You guys are so lucky, cricket being so established in your country. I have to go to http://www.cricket.org to keep track of the games.

Write ya around
