A pitch that offers turn won't necessary help england - english spinners have found it increasingly difficult to make the ball turn in recent years.
But if u take a look at the pakistan lineup on paper - it is pretty scary. I think Naz realised that, and didnt wanna make his bowlers work too hard - hence the late declaration - i mean to get 18 wickets in 2 days will require the pitch to have deteriorated majorly
