hu heres done the bleep test, either in skool or wenever.
u have a tape playing wit beeps on it n u have 2 do shuttle runs in time with the bleeps on the tape. n each level they get faster n faster. its well knackering! had 2 do it 2day, first fing! got to level 15.3, had 2 drop out coz had a basketball match after skool n the teacher wanted us to be in good form n ma leg started 2 hurt neway. so has ne1 else dne it n wat level dya get to? n ne1 dne the cooper test?

I think I've done it in college for PE or some similar agonising test
![]() These days at Boxing we sometimes have to run back and forth x-number of times and try to finish first. I always try to geth the first two positions in the team coz that way you will not be the last one to run, even if your team loses on a whole. ![]() I hate running! |

oooooh, i used to love doing that at school cos i always used to come first (back in the days that i used to exercise).
i havent really exercised since i was 15ish, so can safely say that bleep test would be my worst nightmare now....

never had a bleep test
though to pass grade 9 gym, you have to be able to run 12 min non-stop. you stop 4 times and khallas, youve failed. i can run upto about 9 min before i start panting like a dog. its damn hard. the teach says i gotta pace myself more. thats about it. and we have this "game" called octopus. where you run bak & forth from wall to wall in the gym and theres someone in the middle that has to catch you. they call it a game, but its an excercise. its worse than running, becaus this doesnt stop until everyone is out. |
