Couldn't, I haven't got the patience man; if someone hit me I'd just crack the plum on his head, couldn't be gettin ready, breathin, givin a bow and all that rubbish

I don't see it workin for Self defence (these other guys will have a go at me now).....but imagine, you're in a fight situation and this dude is in your face. By the time you done the hand movements and breathin like a muppet, the other geeza has already flattened you....

A good gym and a solid punch is all thats required.....as for mental workouts; well by the time I'm finished In the gym I'm too tired to think
