baseball : 1) u hit a ball out of the park 2) u run arnd all three bases (and the bases r pretty far apart)

pitching/bowling
baseball: the pitcher stands in ONE spot (doesnt run and throw) and the avergae speed of a baseball is the highest thrown speed of a cricketball.

cricket: the bowler runs, twirls his arms and throws and not even at the speed of a baseball pitcher.

the only thing i can give credit to cricket is that they dont use gloves, just their bare hands.

and u prolly werent playing on a real baseball feild, were u now? of course if the bases are 1 foot apart, its gona b hella easy, but thats not how it is in baseball.

its good to hear tht u went to both fields.. but if u measure a baseball field n a cricket field.. i mean the lentgh n the width, or wanna measure the space, a cricket feild is way bigger than a baseball field.. wen u run bak n forth to make runs, u get tired.. so u have to good stamina.. swingin ur hand n throwin the ball takes up more enegery n more skills then just throw the ball like a bytch.. catchin the ball w/out gloves takes more skills than catchin the ball w/gloves.. holdin the bat down on the ground n then swing it to hit the ball takes more skills than just hold the bat up n hit the bullet..

in personality, cricket ppl has better personality than baseball player.. baseball player r just sum hyper shytis.. they go n fite the umpire wen eva they want.. get kicked out of the game n then cum bak next game.. in cricket.. its different.. if u disagree w/umpire's call, u may ask him nicely n kindly.. but if u misbehave, u will be thrown out of the game plus will be on suspension.. u cant curse at other players in cricket. in baseball, u can curse at ne bytch n mother fukers as much as u want n then get into a fite.. in cricket if u get into a fite or curse at ne players, ur out of the game.... cricket needs a lot of skills of playin.. so i dont think u shud argue w/me abt it.. cz i play both sports.. n i know.. but its true tht its kinda borin to watch the games...

i agree w/u snoop.. soccer needs lota stamina n skills.. n it is not a violent game either.. (unlike baseball)..o well..

rana, cricket is more tiresome maybe, but that wasnt the point i was trying to make. basball requires more skill. u kno, any odd baseball pitcher could bowl a ball, but not every boweler could pitch a ball at the speed of pitchers without running and twirling their arms.


baseball isnt violent!! lol, if any sport is, its ice hockey! damn that sport is violent! thats why i reckon its so popular.

ppl slam eachother into walls, trip ppl with their sticks, etc etc. and the only penalty is that ur out of the game for 2 minutes, but this can b life threatning to a game in hockey. if u see hockey players faces, they r hella mashed up.

well i know hockey is violent.. so is rugby.. but only ice hockey is violent.. n it is the most viloent game in earth i guess.. but still.. cricket requires more skills than baseball..
