Salam,
If the prophet had intended to leave his ummah in a state of disarray after his demise without having the forsight to clearly appoint a successor, then one cannot say anything against the order of caliphate. If Allah had purified Imam Ali, Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain and the remaining of the twelve caliphs that would rule over the muslim ummah as per the prophets instructions, for no reason whatsoever, and the purpose was not to leave clear and sin free guides for the ummah, then one cannot say anything against the order of the caliphate. If the event of Ghadir Khum didnt really take place, and all the hadith recorders of ahlul sunnah have forged the hadith of people giving bayah to Ali on this occasion, then one cannot say anything against the order of the caliphate. If Allah does not appoint the ulul amr, or the imams whom HE says in his holy book that one day everyone will be called with, or tells us that some imams have been appointed to guide by HIS authority, then one cannot say anything against the order of the caliphate. If the hadith of the two weighty things which has been reported by over a 100 different sunni authorities, is a lie, then one cannot say anything about the order of the caliphate. If the hadith of the ahlulbait being like the ark of noah, whoever climbed on board attained salvation, and whoever stayed aloof perished, as recorded and verified by numerous sunni authorities is a lie, then one cannot say anything about the order of the caliphate. If it is a LIE that whilst Ali and ibn Abbas and other members of the hashimite's as recorded in sunni hadith books and by all sunni historians were busy with the burial rites of the prophet whilst companions like Abu Bakr and Umar didnt even attend the funeral of the prophet of islam, but rather were involved in the politics of Saqifa in order to secure caliphate, then one cannot say anything against the order of the caliphate. If the verse of wilayah about he also being the wali who pays poor due whilst in rukoo, refers to anyone other than Imam Ali, then one cannot say anything against the order of the caliphate. If, (when even the quran admonishes the believers NOT to raise their voice above the voice of the prophet, lest their deed become null and void) the prophet did not get angry at those who raised their voices when he asked for a pen and some ink and used the same words as he had in every occassion he declared the hadith of thaqlain, that he wanted to write down his will, so the ummah "would not go astray after him", and umar said the prophet is "talking nonesense" which angered the prophet to such a degree, that he thought if whilst he is alive his instructions are not being followed, what point of a will when he had passed away that he asked all to leave him... as recorded even in bukhari and muslim, is a lie... then one cannot say anything against the order of the caliphate. HOWEVER if all or even SOME of the above are true, as well as many other similar instances... Then the first three caliphs have done a great injustice both to themselves and to the islamic ummah, by depriving them of the guidance that Allah (SWT) had his Prophet{SAW) had preferred for them, and disobeying the clear instructions of Allah and His Apostle. Wassalam
