Allhumdulilah, I am a practicing Muslim and i know for a fact that the Qur'an states equality, so how can servants of Allah accuse their fellow Muslims of being kuffars? THAT WAS ME POINT BRO! would u like me to clarify anymore?

She wasn't being specific about who called the shia's Kafir.
Shias have been called Kafir's on this forum in the past and probably the only reason why some of the members are not continuing to do it is because of fear they will be proven wrong and made to look like fools. Some people probably find it more fun to just humour the shia Muslims (using taqiyya) and not call them kafir but treat then LIKE kafir instead! Let us all fight this fitna by the anti-shia members!

Brother she questioned Br. Faisal about how he is going to Answer to Allah (SWT) after his first post regarding certian questions. My question and concern is can he not ask questions regarding this issue.

More so since there have been thousands of questions raised about every Sunni rulings. ANd pardon me if you think otherwise but with the intention that Shiaism is right and better than Sunnism.

MY question to you is why will general Sunnis regard Shias as the Jafari fiqh when SHias don't accept being a Sunni as a logical option. The Hadith books have been ridiculed. It has been implied here that the Madhab scholars disrespected the Prophets family and so on.
NOw Shias here have to decide one of two:

They are the fifth madhab throughout and they recognize the 4 madhabs. They can just say we are the Jafari Fiqh only when it suits them.

or

We are wrong and they will keep on trying to prove that we are wrong. If they want to do so, they should do it clearly.
They can't call on being the Fifth Madhab evrytime someone question their beliefs or practices.

But I came here knowing Shias were (an I still believe they are) part of our brotherhood. However, this conversionary tactics by certain brothers and posts by others trying to ridicule the Sunni position gets to you.

I know there were certain political differences that has lead to a religious split. But we can still work with each other for greater concerns of the ummah rather than trying to prove each other wrong.

Neither of these posts are suggesting that Faisal is calling other Muslims Kufar - the general expression "so called Muslims" was used which could refer to anyone. She is saying "Why r we acting like the kuffars" which has a completely different meaning. Read the posts carefully bro.

* Well firstly, the shia members who have written on this forum (in particular Avilos and Mahdi) have been more knowledgable about Islam, so they've been able to argue with solid reasons and logic, backing up what they say from hadith and history.
* Many of the questions asked such as intercession are not sunni verses shia issues but sunni and shia verses salafi issues. Some evil doers on this site have deliberately tried to make this a sunni/shia issue to cause fitna.
* The main discussion which has been between sunnis and shias has been the caliphate. However it is clear in both Sunni and Shia sources that all Muslims have been commanded to follow the Qur'an and the ahlulbait (see sahih Muslim) so this is how the two should unite.

The shias that I have met accept the sunnis as Muslims without any problem.

If the shias are truthful then they should do both (its not an exclusive or). They should accept the sunnis as believers and Muslims (and pray with them), and they should debate and discuss with the sunnis to establish the truth (likewise the sunnis should do the same with the shias). As far as I am aware they are doing this.

Your apology is accept and I agree - unity should be are aim. But we must strive to unite on truth and not falsehood. When you believe a shia,sunni or salafi is wrong you should correct them with evidence that they will accept.
