This talk will consider, how, after decades oof chasing the dream of freedom, liberation and feminism, the West has declined to a low position. It will also give an insight into the life of women living in the USA, the so-called world superpower. This talk will be given by sister Saida Steele, who is an Islamic activist from Chicago, USA. She is amongst the many western women who have embraced Islam and rejected the western civilisation and are now calling for the restoration of Khilafah (Islamic state). Talk 2 Women in the Islamic Khilafah Hodan Abdullah - London UK There is no Islamic state in the world today, hence the Islamic rules have been withdrawn from application in lifes affairs and the world is dominated by the dhalim (oppressive) leaders, east and west. This realisation has lead to many yearning for its return. This talk will address, from the Quran and Sunnah(traditions of Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him), what will be the role and position of women in the true Islamic State - the Khilafah. Sister Hodan Abdullah, who is an Islamic worker, will present the accurate understanding of the Islamic views towards women. She will also explain the true role of the muslim women in society, politics and state.
