Do ya support it? For me i cant live without meat.

Vegeterian says killing animal is bad. what about plants they also have life. If we keep eating one day we gonna run out of plants.

so it should be balanced. begetables plus meat.

what do ya think?

Bro,
Everything "eats" something? Don't plants indirectly eat animals and then animals eat plants etc. If you know about the biological lifecycle then you'll know this! In any case if Allah makes something halal then no-one can make it haraam or make us feel guilty about it and that includes eating halal meat!

Um... I think vegetarianism is the best diet.
It's good for your health, your body, and soul.
plants are not living oranisms
but animals are like us.
Allah gave us permission to eat halal animals.
being vegetarian doesn't only mean eating plants
there are milk, cheese, you know...
cheese comes from milk, and milk comes from cows and sheeps.
you are not killing the cow to get milk.
So, vegetarians doesn't always have to eat plants to be a vegetarian. They can drink milk and eat cheese too and get their protein from there, instead of animals.

Assalamu Alaikum.

A balanced diet of meat and vegetables is teh way forward. I would recommend you watch the debate on this issue. It is enlightening and should put to rest any moral or medical objections to eating meat.

Video: 'Is non-vegetarian food permitted or prohibited for a human being?'. Dr. Zakir Naik vs Mr. Rashmibhai Zaveri (President of the Indian Vegetarian Society at the time).

Like I said, a vegetarian diet isthe best diet including the cow's milk because you are not killing the cow.
If you include the cow's milk, then you will have all the essential 13 vitamins and 15 minerals you need in your diet.

sister Mujer,

Assalamu Alaikum.

There are two issues that stem from your last post.

1. Killing of a cow - i.e. is it morally right to kill an animal for food? I take it that you find it wrong to do so.

2. Nutrients: You stated that all the vitamins and nutrients are found in a vegetarian diet and also milk diet.

Both of these are incorrect. Please refer to the video debate I mentioned, it does address these points.

Wassalam
