explain the miracles of the Quran? The prophecies it makes??>....how could an illiterate, un-lettered man have made predictions about the future,that came to pass?????.......In order to study whether there is actually any conflict between Science and religion a number of studies have been carried out by western researchers into the topic! A famous study is that of Maurice Buacaille, a french scinetist and nobel prize winner. He looked at a number of different disciplines including embryology and astronomy and found that the Quran not only did not contradict any scientific fact but actually supported explicitly many modern facts and theories, including the big bang theory - only God could have passed on this knowledge 1400 years ago! The bible on the other hand and even certain muslim books (they were after all written by man and so could easily have mistakes!) actually contradicted scientific facts! Recently a university lecturer in an American University,whose book is used as atextbook of medicine avknowledged the Quran in its preface! The book is about Embryology and the lecturer had recently made a discovery by the aid of modern technology and claimed that he was the forst to make the discovery. However someone wrote to him saying it was already mentioned in the Quran! The lecturer did a bit of investigation and had to admit that it was contianed in the Quran 1400 years ago, hence the acknowledgement! The key is to have an open mind, however certain christians do not seem to understand the concept of open-mindedness, especially those like u - born again, who r directly opposed to the truth and r mischevious in their ways - its a pity ur brain and common sense was not reborn!

And u say that ur "heart or inner self feels fulfilled" after embracing christianity...are you sure that it is not jus the peace of not having to listen to ur family..I mean u did say that u had 2 listen to ur family members no matter what (even if they are wrong)!! Maybe u jus felt like following a different religion so that ur family cant boss u around?!?!? Coz even if u decided to practise Islam properly....they (ur family) wouldnt agree wiv u and force their ways on u...

Anyways ur whole post was filled with what ur so called 'muslim' family did to u! My family practise Islam properly so I am happy wiv my religion. It gives me everything I could wish for....

Any stupid person can see that the information stated in the Quran are all so true and relevant even today!...How could an illiterate (Muhammad saw) who didnt even see half of the world predict all these things without getting a bit of help from Allah? I just cant believe how ppl can be so blind to information that just in front of their eyes!

Coolcalm cannot answer any of your questions because he has been banned from this site thanks to free speech on the internet.

If it was Muslims way then you will be all locked up in your houses and not allowed to discuss anything.

They don't want you to know the truth so they shut up anybody who can tell it about the Arab propoganda.

Coolcalm's reason for conversion were that he found the true God in Jesus and he saw through Muhammad prophet as a false prophet.

Nothing more nothing less.

He has an assurance of an eterntity in Jesus which he did not have under Muhammad prophet an d he has a relationship with the one true God.

Now you tell me what assurance do you have going to Janna under Muhammad prophet?

Jesus says "I am the way, the truth and the life, no one come to the father but by me"

Is there any verse in the quran that says there is guarantee of life after the grave or a loving relationship with God in this life?

Why would God pray to another God???...if jesus is ur God, who was he praying too? and wouldnt - (if he were God) he be self sufficient and All powerful??????

Jesus worshiping his God:

Let us look at Luke 5:16 "And he (Jesus) withdrew himself into the wilderness and prayed to his God." Here we see that Jesus had a God, a supreme God, who is higher than him and stronger than him. Jesus was God's servant and he prayed to God so God would strengthen him more and reinforce him with patience and desire to continue his mission in spreading the word of God Almighty.

Also, let us look at Matthew 26:39 "And going a little way forward, he (Jesus) fell upon his face, praying and saying 'My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me. Yet, not as I will, but as you will.' " Here in this verse we see two things: (1) Jesus bowed down on his face and prayed in submission to his GOD in obedience. (2) Jesus was begging his GOD to let the cup pass away from him. Jesus did not have the power to will it for himself and make the cup pass away from Jesus. GOD had to do it for Jesus !. How can Jesus be the Creater of this Universe, the all knowing, most powerful??!!

The bible is the book of god, and so is the Quran, however the Christians think that the present day bible is a copy of the original, some of them also know the bible is not the translation of the real McCoy therefore it is a copy, a duplicate, a fake and a counterfeit. and we all know that a counterfeit has no value.

and everyone else>>> Allah doesn't grant everyone belief and doesn't in fact, want to. He says in Quran that He could send down miracles that would make everyone believe, but He didn't. The Quran will not be a miracle to everyone because Allah doesn't want everyone to believe. People with faith can see the power, majesty, grace, beauty of the Quran. The blind cannot and never will.
