Hi all

When is Eid? I need to know definately, cos I wanna go home but I'm not sure when to book my ticket for, and I wanna try and miss as less as I can of uni cos I won't be coming back until after Easter- 6 weeks holiday - beat that!. Hope it's on a Friday, but I doubt it.

What do you guys do on Eid, anything exciting? I can't wait to see my family, I haven't seen them since the begining of January- can ya believe it?

yep it is on 16th.. but it kinda depends on when u did the first eid (fitr). different ppl did it at different time in london for some wierd reason....

Eid is on the day after Hajj and Thursday sounds about right.
