Anyway, if I cud, then i wud:
NOT pick the girl of my dreams COS i dont think id gain much by giving them a lift... and also there seems to be someone in more need
NOT pick the Dr COS saving my life is his duty (not that im ungrateful) and waiting for the bus wont cause him major "damage"
PICK the old lady COS perhaps givin her a lift wud save her life if i cud get her to a hospital in time...

Maybe what wud be better (unless this has already been said) if I i got outta the car and let the Dr drive... he could take the old lady (hospital?) and leave me at the bus stop with the lady of my dreams???? But I bet Phoenix will say "Im not allowed to do that". So then my first answer!
