Love Hot Shutki Boona only of the Large Fishes, Such as Shoul, Bowal, Gozar, but not Shira, or Chattni smell too much.

Hmm I agree with you both it is absolutely gorgeous two problems though:
1) your hands stink for a whole day after you eat it.You could use your knives and forks but hey i think bengali food needs to be eaten the traditional way to get the full flavour.
2) The person who cooks it smells too, but thats not a big problem for me as i've got wonderfull parents who does that bit!
....ever come across these probelems?Lemme know.

Rupali,

I think you are used to have shutki though it stinks even after cooking. But still it is a delicious item to me. One of the best food of my choice. Some of my friends make fun with me for this. I don't bother. I know what they are missing. I think you too agree with me. Isn't it?

Anyway, invite Rima to your house for a shutki party.

Cheers.

Rima,

You don't know what are you missing. It's really nice (yammi or I should say "Ai Curumba", a mexican word meant hot) to have shutki. I think Rupali is used to have shutki. So, ask her to invite you for a shutki party.

Cheers!

Rupali, I agree that shutki stinks even after it is cooked. But still isn't it a nice food.
