Well, it would definately not be through
the father. It would have to be through someone you are open with and is within the family, like a sister in law or a brother in law whom will then go on to tell the neccessary people in the family. This usually works. ***************shafiQue**************** ------------------ ********shafiQue********* |

so Aqaiyum, u wanna get married eh?? bored of living with parents already or jus gathering info for the future??
well I think its harder 4 boys to tell their parents ... I dunno y though. U could tell ur sis/bro (who u r closer 2) I guess. Well I kno my bro would tell me, if he was in that position..... as 4 me..... i would jus march up 2 my Mommy and say "i wanna get married NOW" hee hee !! though i couldnt tell my dad coz he'd probably think I'm joking as he still thinks I'm his lil baby. lol.. anyways take care!! |

I think once you reach a certain age, depending on how traditional your parents are
it should'nt be to 'Shorom'but a more natural process. My parents still want my eldest brother to get married, his 25 and is more concerned about his carear then getting married. But theres a mutal understanding between them, and when the time is right there will be willingness from both sides....I hope! takecare. aff [This message has been edited by aff (edited 31 March 2000).] |
