Phone marriage is common. Marrying under the sea or up above the earth is not example anymore. Meeting on net and getting married is happening. But, have you heard of marrying online? Through chat links or mails or...?

For couples, getting acquainted through successive chat-sessions / e-mail communications, and then getting married in real life is already happening.
However, getting `virtually married' and keeping it perpetually `virtual' (i.e. On-Line) are matters within the realm of fantasy; and fantasy stimulates one's spirit - but up to a point !!!
