the topic :`LOVE WITHOUT SEX' on which you've ventured to invite discussion, one may point out that PLATO, nearly 3000 yrs. back, attempted to formulate a utopian human emotion - love without sex - which latter on took the name `Platonic love'.

Parental love, brotherly love etc. are , ofcourse, human emotions shorn of any shade of sexuality - I presume.

In the realm of romantic love between a man and woman, `love without sex' is just a utopia; else one or both the parties ought to be seriously handicapped - mentally and / or physically !!!
