Islamic swimsuit !!!

Islamic Swimsuit
YPSILANTI (Michigan, USA), Sept.’04, 2006: Ms Jumanah Saadeh, a 14-year- old Muslim girl studying in seventh-grade, lives in Ann Arbor. Last summer she was on a class trip to YPSILANTI County (Michigan, USA) when, one day, Ms Saadeh fully dressed wearing pants, a full-sleeve collard shirt and her Islamic headscarf went to a public pool for swimming. She was admonished for violating swimsuit policies that prohibit street clothes; she was told to get out. The teenager left the pool but, later on, was encouraged by Muslim leaders and a civil rights attorney to take legal action. Ms Saadeh told the Detroit Free press, “I felt humiliated and disappointed because I was denied an opportunity to have fun with my friends just because I’m Muslim”.

The Michigan County has now changed its policy to accommodate Muslim women and girls who want to cover themselves fully while swimming in public pools. The new policy went into effect this summer.

Foot Note
Naïve that I am, I suspect: there may exist strict, distinct and exclusive Islamic code too on Muslim man-woman mating; the code may ordain that: men and women need be fully dressed / covered / clothed from head to toe – including the skull-cap for men and hijab / burqua for women - during the `act’; there may be a slit-opening on the dress around the zone between the legs to facilitate the merger of organs!

Wah ! wat a scene ! I’m waiting breathlessly for a video-clipping of such an `act’!!!
