my sister did have scans, and ECG's but the hosp just said nothing was wrong with her, the Locum GP gave her inhalers but that didnt help...
...on her death certificate it said she died of multiple organ failure, pregnancy, and cardiomyopathy!! we did persue on suing the Royal hosp, womans hosp and the GP but it was taking forever and my bro in law decided whats the use it wernt gonna bring me sis back so he closed the case!! the little girl ANUFA my sis didnt see... she was in hosp for over a year suffering from poor lungs and was oxygen theapy and she cudnt keep milk down so she had gastrotomy thngy were she was forced fed thru her stomach with a machine pumping milk all night!! shes fine now only a year behind in school... shes a bit weak but soon to turn 6 on friday!! shes soooooooooooooooo cute and so inocent her older sister looks exactly like her mum!! my neice calls my mum, and so does the big neice they also have a step mum shes really nice! they call her mum too!! Ms. Bored x x x x x

The reason it took forever was because the Trust wanted to make things as difficult and drawn out as possible in the hope you will lose interest, which is what happened in your case. Nothing will bring your sister back but it would have made sure that those whose incompetence was a factor in her death didn't get away with it. It wouldve at least gone on their records. Also you'd have found out more about the circumstances that led to her death so that when those little girls grow up they will know exactly what happened to their mother. |
