I found that I was treated as an adult when I would go around to peoples houses on my own rather than going with the family.

I usually visit relatives on my own and totally separate from anyone else and hence get treated more like an adult. Also you can be more like an adult and not worry too much about whether your mother is going to walk in and hear the naughty gossip between you and a bhabi etc.

I think its psycological. If they see you with your parents etc, they think of you as a child whereas if you travel on your own you get the status of a full adult.

Thats how it is with me I suppose.

yea i dnt like that coloured stuff either- is it like this tiny stuff n wen u fry it it gets really big n its got loadsa tiny bubbles in it. funny thing is my mates love that. they all have it with noodles.

the only fing i ever do eat at ppls house is samosas-n that only if its just made with keema-none of that potatoe n naikal crap, n no carrots or peas!
