It is in the nature of many patients to reject medication by pretending to be well and not ill. Oushodh khailow go mai, feto gele khame aibo.

Ekh dose dimu ar ekkhe bare bala oizibaai.

Ami dakhthor, tumi rugie.
Amar ekh dose = tumar ekhsho dose
i.e. my one dose = your 100 dose (if u know what i mean)!

Wais - tumar joinne shobshomoy hazeer.
