from a medical point of view

laser surgery for facial hair is not permanent. it destroys existing hair follicles (roots) but that doesn't stop the face from growing new ones!

So it lasts a couple of years on those who have lots of hair growth and a bit longer on those who have little!

Why does it have to be facial hair, what about the rest of the body? Does that mean it's the same for them to?
