Borkah and Head Cover in US

Recently there was a law suit regarding firing a muslim women who used to come to office with "Borkah and Head Cover".
Islamic Society Protested strongly about that action.

It is upto people what they want to do and how they want to be. What the company did was not right. I believe that no matter wher a person goes his/her personal chioce should be respected. Pisses(excuse my french) me off when I don't see it happening.

Actions like these sums of the type of discrimination muslims and non westernised people face. People and society has become so liberal that they are prepared to accept gays and lesbians as MP's, priest, teach these to young kids, accept sex before marriage, adultery, etc. I am sorry i am making this sound pretty rude but just to make the point it is in our best interest to take opportunities of education, learn more about our religion and change peoples perception of Islam and muslims.


Non believers have been discriminating against Islam since the birth of Islam, they will continue to do that as they cannot accept that muslims with their strong beliefs, values and princles can actually move forward.

You will understand what i am trying to get at if you go into professional employment.

This just sums up the negative stereotypical views that society still holds against Islam and muslims (women wearing veil and men with beard).

There is a saying that 'a man with a beard is usually hiding something behind it'
