We (Canada Based company) have a project that requires excellent sales skills as well as fluency in English with western accent. The call centers should have capability of live order taking and great reporting ability. The call centers should provide us closing ratio.
This would be the first phase. Once we are satisfied call ratio could go up to 20000 calls per week . In future we are also looking forward to provide out bound calling as well as costumer services of our product to qualified individuals.
