April was a month when Onirbaan saw a lot of changes. We held a remarkable online concert with Maqsood O Dhaka on the 16th. Maqsood Bhai was as charming as always. Those who attended the concert know very well how pleasant the show really was. A lot you who did not get the chance to be with us at the concert tuned in to Onirbaan Radio to listen to the recorded broadcast of the show. This was the first time that we took the initiative to have our show broadcasted right from Onirbaan.com. Our memberships grew at a phenomenal rate. We had plenty of celebrity guests at the concert who were amazed by the intensity of Onirbaan’s online concert. There was skepticism among them prior to attending the show since they did not comprehend how audiences could enjoy a concert even though they are thousands of miles away. But by the time the concert was over our guests knew that expatriate’s thirst for quality music diminishes the lack of visual interaction and that every expatriate know how to enjoy a celebration.


Our next band is among those few handful bands that pioneered Bangla band music. Thousands have already been to their concerts each year. Millions bought their albums. After 25 years of being members of a successful band, all members of this band have secured iconic roles years before many of today’s band members even got hooked to band music. Yes, I am talking about none other than the group consisting of exceptionally talented musicians Hamin, Shafin, Manam, Turjo and Jewel…..

Dear members and guests, I am extremely proud to announce our next online concert with “Miles”. The concert will take place in our Onirbaan room on the 14th of May, 2005. We will try our best to start the concert around 10 PM (BDT). The concert, like most of the concerts held by Onirbaan in the past, will last for more than 4 hours. This should give us enough time to listen to each and every one of Miles’s famous songs. As always, we will try to do our best to keep Miles going till each and every requested song made by our audiences are performed. This show, like all our previous shows will have the question and answer segment where users will get the chance to take the microphone and ask their question to the Band members. Audiences from all over the globe are expected to show up to listen to their favorite band.
