Most pop music is ish

but theres a couple of bands here and there that i think are above the norm and do actually deserve some credit.

Suga Babes are cool i think

SClub 7 again althoght there music wasnt the best they had a tv serious which was good and the music i guess was jus catchy.

Best of all Sophie Ellis Bexter, she is genuinely good and gould hold her own against any other music.

And Liberty X i like a couple of thier singles.

I am not a fan of pop music. I prefer Starsailor, Queen, Blur, The Verve, Coldplay, Kula Shaker (I wonder what happened to them?).

Most of us arnt, i was asking if there was nay pop bands that you did like.

I think blur, the verve, queen are pop arnt they? certianly not rock is it?

Not really int them, Queens got some really good stuff, cold play has got some nice tracks aswell but the others noway. Try Manic Street Preachers.

i could go on forver cos i love pop music.... it makes me happy and upbeat and thats the purpose of music isnt it? i think that music shouldnt be taken so seriously all the time, and people who find it hard to admit that they like a pop song simply because it is pop have issues.....

i remember when s club broke up, on our music station the news guy said somthn along the lines of this:

"i guess i should b happy that s club has finally broken up. however, (one member) of s club is already pursuing his solo career. so i guess im not too happy coz one group of 7 s clubbers producing one song is better than 7 individual solo artist ex-s clubbers producing 7 seperate songs."
