DVD'S & VCD'S IN B'DESH......

HI everyone,

Can anyone help me plz..... I want to know from where in b'desh you buy dvd's & vcd's from?...if so wud dvd's be visible in england, or do have to something to the coding?....

hi samya, hope ur well

i only know bout sylhet, i cant help u with any other places

so if u go to sylhet town, theres a shopping arcade called Shukria and on the top floor theres a store called the Latif Centre and the dudes in there are preety safe. Make sure they give the best copies of the films u buy, indian ones tend to be generaly good anyway, with english ones it varies.

wen i was there a few months back a good copy of an english film cost bout 300tk max.


u will need to make ur DVD multiregional if it isnt already, jus do a search typing in the make and model of ur dvd player and the word "hack", usually u have to swich ur player to region '0' to make it multi regional.

Hi Samya,

If in Dhaka try 'Computer City'. You can get pretty much all computer entertainment accessories there. There are a couple of places at the Bongobondhu Stadium Market as well.

Qualitywise it's hit and miss. For Games/Vcd's generally don't pay more than 80tk. Burns got a deal for his DVD's.
