He said he be working close to WTC building, I hope nothing happened to him, while working there.

okay...
to live in new york it's 800-1000 to live by yourself
if you have roommates it's less depends on how many roommates you have and where you live, but i'm only saying from Queens, Brooklyn, and The Bronx, but in manhattan, it's way more expensive. Staten Island, known as the Strong Island is wayyy cheaper because that's where all the garbage disposal goes to. And it smells like sh1t just like New Jersey, the smell of factories and garbages.
