moving to UK

Hi,

how are you all? just new here from Philippines and at last, my account was activated. I already acquired my UK VISA through the help of friend and all i need to know now is, what is the best place to go in UK? the cheapest rental or cheapest cost of living? let me know if you know something. i will wait for your response. thanks a lot in advance.
