Im about to write a book and l am calling the help of you all as Bengalis

I am about to start writing a novel about a bengali boy and girl who are going out with each other but have to keep it secret from the familes for obvious reasons anyways to stop me boring you all with the plot l need to reasearch a little bit deeper into the Bengali culture and if their is anybody out there willing to answer a few simple questions about the bengali culture and community you can email me at sakinahislam@yahoo.co.uk

I haven't recieved a reply from her as of yet perhaps because I was overly critical about the story topic. Basically I was unhappy about the way that she wishes to follow through with this story which will further fuel misconceptions held about muslim culture.

I agree with you sis, i can just imagine the story the bengali boy and girl go out with eachother, want to marry but their 'strict' parents won't allow it because of their religion, want them to have an arranged marriage etc,
