No, I'm not making fun... I'd seriously like to know. I am trying to research how dogs barks are interpreted in each language of the world.
In English we say 'woof woof' and in Arabic it is 'haw haw' and here in the czech republic it is 'haf haf'... so I was hoping someone might give me a minute to tell how the sound of a dogs bark is described by these different languages? (Bangla, Sanskrit, Urdu) or any others users might know. I know it is a stange question, but if you could please take a minute to reply I would very appreciate it. yours gratefully, mike lind czech republic |

well this thread made me laugh but I understand why you want to know. In bangla as I know it, it is: bhau bhau
like bhaaaa-uuuu, I think you get how it sounds i hope. did you know in English they think cows "mooo mooo" right well in Bangladesh the cows really make a different sound and it's: humbaaaa humbaaa. not joking.
