Whne we talk about human rights in bangladesh, what type of rights are we talking about. People on this forum talk about human rights as though there are universal human rights that everyone is entiltled to? When you talk about violation of a human right, what exactly do you mean? Will be most interested to hear your comments.

to be able to speak or wirte your opinion, exercise your religious acts, not be harrassed by the authority, these are the basics.
rape, murder, robbery these are crimes. there are laws for those if the law is biased them that is a human rights viloation, otherwise they are criminal acts and punishable under existing laws.

Human rights are the unalianable things things given to ALL people. Violations of human rights include any action that does not allow an individual to be who he or she is without undermining the rights of others. Examples of violations include actions which are preceipitated against a group or individual because of:race, gender, sexual preference, nationality, color, religion,or language.
