I don't thionk that mhnew was criticising Islam. He was merely pointing out that to non believers they would consider the Hajj pilgrimage as pointless. Just as muslims would feel that the Kumbh Mela pilgrimage is pointless.

If there was a Hindu on this site who would also say something realting from the Mahabharat, Geeta or Ramayan (I am not sure as to the name). That woulkd not make it acceptable to us.

So I repeat, we shouldn't interfere unless its hurting us in some way.

My comment was not aiming to hurt anyone. I am just awaring them of the risk to bathe in contaminated waters of Gaga, Jamuna and Sarswaty. I apologize, if it had hurt anyone.
