Who Was Responsible?
Who was responsible for the Continental Muslims backwardness during the colonial period? Was it the "Mullahs" that prevented their own people to move forward by allowing them to learn English or was it the British themselves who with the assistance of somebody else who continuously conspired and made it difficult for Muslims to learn English back then?
