Probably that of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman (1920-1975). The founding father of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Also popularly known as 'Bongobhondu' or friend of the Bangali's. He was the political leader who agitated for and led Bangali's through, the separation from Pakistan, during the 1971 War of Liberation. He was assassinated in 1975, by rightist elements in the armed forces. Alarmed by his Pro-Communist alignment and the growing disorder in the country.
