need help to impress a girl

ok well my name is chan, and i am 15 yrs old, i speak hindi, english, there is this decent girl at my school. she is from bangladesh (well thats waht i have heard) and her name is tanzi** anywayz, i just love her personality, but the prob is i dont know her, i wanna be her good friend, but im sooooo shy in talking with her. i have gotten her email, have talked to her over the msn, but i dont have the guts to talk with her. i wanna be good friends with her and wanna have a chance to know her, the prob is that where should i start from!!!!!!!
