Lets Improve Medical Services

Hi

I am a Practice Manager at a surgery in Wirral and we are trying to improve our services to the Bangladesh Community. We have had a brainstorming session but we realised that we know very little of the Bangladesh culture and customs so how can we know what this community would find beneficial. I have written to the Imam of the local Mosque to ask if anyone would be interested in joining our working party but would be grateful if anyone out there can offer any ideas. For example if your doctors surgery could add or change one thing to help you what would it be.
