1 lb lamb
1 ts olive oil half cream two ts red wine vineger 1 ts pickle spices 4 cups heinz tomato juice heat the oil. drop spices in it. also put the lamb in it and red wine vineger. once lamb gets brown pour tomato juice and half cream. once its done serve with couscous/rice/roti whatever you wan.
