I am a tea drinker--can't get started in the AM without my big mug of tea and a little honey. And when I feel sick it helps me SO much! I know some who can't get going without their coffee.
How about you? What do you drink?

Also love hot Chai tea with milk!
Mmmm--that's so good!
My youngest son once had a BD style tea stand at his university. People loved it! ![]() It seems there's so many studies coming out now about the benefits of tea!
