sliced mango in syrup, white rice, enuff milk to flood ur plate and generous helping of cream. its an unbelievable combination

lolz - I haven't had it for a couple yrs - maybe even a decade (now that I think abt it)
Hmmm... wat is custard made out of... - well a decade ago (at the age of 8) I think I remember a gallon of milk n a box labeled hmmmm... what was it??? - custard powder! Bingo lolz... just kiddin...
It's custard powder (i dunno the ingredients 4 dat) n sugar n milk
but i gotta say - the aam ar dood does sound tempting!
but - hey bout I make every1 a batch ov my fav Rasmalai???

my mumz alwayz havin those combinations of dood n bath n khola n watever. alwayz tellin me 2 have sme but i kinda judge food on the way it looks. i love rasmalai tho. mmm. had sme a coupla dayz ago round me cousinz. i can eat that stuff all day. not the crappy stuf tho from like mishti palace or sme place. gotta be ambala all da way.

4 egg yolks
5 tablespoon caster sugar
1/2 vanila pod/extract/eseence
1 pint of milk or single cream
