Just come back from my 5 week holiday from Bangladesh and am feeling very depressed cos I miss the place so much!!
While I was in Sylhet I went to a Mela with my husband where you had to pay a 10tk entry fee. I ate chot poti there and I liked it so much I ate it twice while i was there with PRAN Mango drink - YUM!! And I got a take away back of lots of chot poti home with me. Does anyone have the recipe of chot poti at all??? I know it wont taste the same as the one in the bazaar, but anything similar will do. |

Hey Rose_petal i left u the ingredients for the Chot Poti i hope u will enjoy ure Chot Poti After baking it.
here it goes :- ONIONS TEATOOL ( TENGA) ALL KIND OF CURRY POWDER = (eg mix powder, holud, durla bakor, and chilly powder) MOTOAR CORIANDER and for topping boil the egg and slice them in to thin pieces and just enjoy ure mail. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
