there fore the name red bull.

taurine is also contained in other energy drinks. so watch out for it.

the energy drink called Ants contains ---beleive it or not--- a chemical derived from a species of crushed asian ants.

Also, the Lucozade one. I cant remember the name, its thin and tall, orangy/brown colour and called "solistic" I think. Is that OK to drink.

By the way, these energy drinks, can they be substituted for a meal. I find that after drinking them, I dont want to eat.

Or is it meant to be for just giving you energy? I was thinking of drinking a can before i go to aerobics.

i thought that red bull was haram too but some people argued with me that it only contained caffeine.

my lil bro and sis have it because they don't believe me that it's haram.

energy drinks are just high in fats absorbing carbs.
the caffeine and taurine is to make u more alert and awake.

i think lucozade solstis also contains taurine.
