Hi

I can't seem to access the chat site. I log on and get to the bit where it says I'm a registered member and I can't get any further. What am I doint wrong ? It'll probably be something really obvious. I'm a bit of a techno dummy so you might have to explain things in very plain terms. Hope to hear from you soon

Hello Sylheti Shundori,

First, let me ask, are you using a MAC?

Second, are you able to succesfully log-in? Once logged in, go to the Community Tab and click on Chat. A small download is required before you can start participating.

Please give it another try. Post here if you are still stuck.
