Since most of the ppls coming to this site are in the uk why don't we change the times to GMT times rather than US PST time.

Yes I believe in censorship!

Thumbs up GMT time
The default time zone is GMT. But you can edit your "time zone" in the membership profile and have it show up with a GMT offset.
