It would be better if a directory for all members can be created so that everybody can communicate with each other.

That's an interesting suggestion. You can use the View Profile icon for each member currently to view their membership information. It is a question mark with a face next to it. Some people may not want their e-mail addresses visible so that option may be blocked.
