This site doesnt refresh fast enough

Hello im a new member.

I have been using acsessing this site from Birmigham public libraries, who are running Netscape 6. I don't know what the operating system is.

What happens is that althgouh the posts are posted they do not appear on the lists. For instance if I reply to a thred now, my name will not apear as having replied to that thred. I will have to click on the little blue arrow pointing to "the last post" in order to view it.

Im not sure if this is a problem if a lot of you are having or is it jus a problem with the library servers.
